If you’re trying to find a Halloween costume that will stick out among the crowd of Ironmans and Elsas at the neighborhood trick-or-treating event, then look no further. We’ve rounded up our favorite costumes based on originality, cuteness factor and theme (oral health, of course)!
Dental Floss
On a budget? This mom spent $6 to turn her daughter into a box of floss. She even glued rope to the box and threaded it through a hole in the lid, just like a real floss box.
Toothpaste
Here’s another budget-conscious option that would look adorable on your pre-schooler: a tube of toothpaste! We’re particularly fond of the no-sew version pictured here.
Mouthwash and Toothbrush
If you want the whole family to get it on the action, here’s a couples costume for mom and dad: a bottle of mouthwash and a toothbrush!
Tooth and Tooth Fairy
Another great option for mom and dad (or siblings) is the tooth and Tooth Fairy combo. You could always buy a tooth costume online or you could use this tutorial and make your own. As for the Tooth Fairy costume, that’s easy. Grab a tutu or princess costume, add wings and a tooth-shaped wand and voila—you’re a Tooth Fairy!
Dentist
Last but certainly not least, you could dress as a dentist with this lab coat and scrub set! We love the patch that reads “future dentist!”
