Kristi is the director of small market sales and service at Delta Dental of Arizona, and has plenty to smile about. She has worked in the life and health insurance industry for over 14 years and she’s excited to sink her teeth into the dental world.

Tiffany Di Giacinto serves as the director of marketing and communications for Delta Dental of Arizona (DDAZ) and is the editor of the DDAZ Blog. Since joining the Delta Dental family in 2012, she has learned a lot about dental health, the dental insurance industry and the passions of the oral health community.

Jolean Fleck, senior vice president of people and organizational development, joined Delta Dental of Arizona in 2019. In this role, she works to shape the company’s culture and create an enriching experience for employees.

Barb Kozuh is the executive director of the Delta Dental of Arizona Foundation. She and her team work to make a positive impact to improve the health and wellness of the underserved and under-represented people across Arizona.

Sarah is the Corporate Communications Manager with Delta Dental of Arizona. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Management, with an emphasis in Marketing, from University of Maryland Global Campus.

Courtney is the Social Media Specialist for Delta Dental of Arizona. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Visual Journalism from Brooks Institute and has a background in all forms of content creation, including photography, videography and copywriting.
