Kristi Dewitt-Quintero, director of small business sales and service, leads the newly formed small business unit at Delta Dental of Arizona.
As we continue to expand our services to meet the growing oral health needs across the state, we are pleased to announce the creation of a small business sales and service unit (SBU).
Led by Kristi Dewitt-Quintero, the SBU will work with Arizona small business owners—and the brokers who serve them—to ensure their employees have access to affordable dental and vision plans while continuing to cultivate broker and consultant relationships within the state.
Our mid-to-large market sales team will continue to work with their assigned brokers, and both sales units will work in tandem to ensure comprehensive and high-quality service and education.

SBU team members are a mix of new and familiar faces, all of which are eager to help small businesses and the brokers who serve them. Their focus is helping businesses with 2-24 employees unleash their smile power with affordable dental and vision benefits.
Kristi Dewitt-Quintero
Director, Small Business Sales and Service
Kristi is responsible for management and oversight of client services to achieve desired retention levels, sales and service strategy and planning, pipeline management, relationship building and maintenance. She brings with her more than 14 years of insurance experience and 10 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Prior to joining Delta Dental of Arizona, Kristi served as the life and annuities manager at Western Asset Protection, where she focused on broker recruitment, education and relationship development. Other experience includes several years as a small business owner and independent advisor focusing on individual and small group life and health insurance products.
Susan Kluchnik
Sales Executive
Susan is responsible for proactively working with brokers in southeastern Maricopa County and southern Arizona to educate, motivate and assist them in placing small group dental and vision plans with Delta Dental of Arizona. A longtime member of our sales team, Susan’s 14 years with Delta Dental of Arizona give her the knowledge and experience to help employers and their brokers select dental and DeltaVision® plans to suit their needs.
Sherri McLaughlin
Sales Executive
Sherri is responsible for proactively working with brokers in northwestern Maricopa County and northern Arizona to educate, motivate and assist them in placing small group dental and vision plans with Delta Dental of Arizona. She also has a long tenure—more than 17 years—serving Delta Dental of Arizona clients. Her insight on dental and vision benefits, along with her experience in sales, will be an asset to brokers when presenting and placing dental and vision plans that meet the needs of small business owners.
Hector Chavez
Account Executive
Hector will continue his role of renewing existing small business groups, assisting brokers with inquiries and serving as an account manager for groups with 2-24 employees. He joined the team in 2015, bringing with him more than 10 years of prior dental insurance experience and a reputation of delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
RaSheda Hibbitt
Implementation Consultant
RaSheda is responsible for ensuring new Delta Dental clients experience a seamless onboarding. She has worked with the broker community the last two years and will continue to develop close relationships with brokers as she implements new small group plans. In addition to her group implementation responsibilities, RaSheda will assist with broker contracting, serve as a backup for group renewal needs, and act as the local point of contact for Encara, Delta Dental of Arizona’s individual dental plan administrator.
Kevin May
Sales Analyst
The newest member of the sales team, Kevin is responsible for assisting brokers with small group quoting. He is also dedicated to helping Black, Gould & Associates, one of our general agency partners, with their renewal needs and will assist the SBU sales executives as needed. In addition, Kevin will be integral in identifying system or procedural improvements and developing sales tools that enhance our brokers’ ability to place dental and vision plans with Delta Dental of Arizona.
