Ingredients:
- 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
Directions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour chocolate onto the baking sheet, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
- Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until set. Break into pieces and serve.
