Mouth-Healthy Recipe: Sparkling Ginger Cranberry Mocktail

Raise a glass to holiday health! This sparkling ginger cranberry mocktail is festive, lightly sweetened, and packed with antioxidants for a feel-good sip. The ginger adds a natural digestive boost, making this mocktail not only tasty but also soothing after holiday meals.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 100% cranberry juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries and rosemary for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry juice, ginger and honey. Simmer 5 minutes, then cool.
  2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  3. Add sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. Serve over ice with cranberries and rosemary garnish.
