
These turkey and cheese pinwheels are a quick and tasty lunch that’s perfect to take on the go. With protein from turkey and Greek yogurt, calcium from cheese and fresh lettuce for fiber, they help keep your muscles strong, bones healthy and digestion smooth. Plus, they’re fun and easy to eat anytime!
Ingredients:
- Lavash bread
- Cream cheese
- Low-fat Greek yogurt
- Ranch seasoning
- Sliced turkey breast
- Sliced cheddar cheese
- Butter lettuce
Directions:
- In a small bowl, add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Evenly spread a portion of the Greek yogurt ranch mixture over each lavash bread sheet. Make sure to leave a small border around the edges.
- Add the turkey, cheese and lettuce.
- Roll up each lavash sheet. Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled lavash sheet into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
