3⁄4 cup egg whites or 2 eggs
1⁄4 cup green onions
1⁄4 cup red peppers
1 oz. shredded cheese
Pour egg whites into heated non-stick pan. Sprinkle onions, peppers and cheese on top. Cook until omelet can easily fold. Enjoy!
