Mouth Healthy Recipe: 4-Ingredient Strawberry Slush

4 glasses of 4 ingredient strawberry slush

This strawberry slush is a must-try! It contains only 4 ingredients including strawberries which are a great source of vitamin C, potassium and dietary fibers. Not to mention, it only takes 5 minutes to prep!

Ingredients

1 lb fresh strawberries
3 cups of ice
1 lemon squeezed
1/4 cup agave (or according to taste)
Optional: lemon slices or fresh mint for garnish

Directions

  1. In a blender add strawberries, lemon juice and agave. Pulse until it forms a puree.
  2. Add ice and again pulse to break the ice into smaller pieces. Adjust sweetener according to your taste.

Notes

  • Don’t over blend the ice or it will start melting immediately!
  • Prepare your strawberry slush just before serving to enjoy the icy texture.
