Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine coconut oil, maple syrup, and spices.
- Toss nuts in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread nuts on the baking sheet in a single layer.
