1-2 cups raw vegetables
1 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
Dry ranch dressing mix
Add 1 tsp of dry ranch dressing mix at a time to yogurt until desired taste is achieved. Thoroughly wash vegetables and cut into snack-sizes pieces or select pre-washed and packaged veggies. Dip and enjoy!
