Here at Delta Dental of Arizona, we love celebrating our hard-working employees. That’s why we wanted to give our customer service team a very special shoutout during Customer Service Week! This week-long recognition celebrates the tremendous work that our own customer service professionals bring to Delta Dental of Arizona.
Our customer service team is made up of industry experts who are dedicated to providing support to our members, dentists, brokers and internal teams. In 2022, our team answered nearly 250,000 phone calls and was named a Top Contact Center in the U.S. and Canada by Benchmark Portal.

Rosy Arias — Most likely to make everyone laugh
Rosy’s coworkers voted Rosy as the most likely to make everyone laugh! Get to know her:
- Rosy has been with DDAZ for almost eight years
- She loves to dance cumbia and loves family gatherings
- Her favorite comedy movie is Grumpy Old Men and her favorite comedy TV show is the Jeffersons
- Her friends and family are what make her smile every day
Kaitlyn LaVoy — Most likely to show up with coffee/Starbucks
Get to know her:
- Kaitlyn has worked at DDAZ for seven years
- She loves to bake/cook, hike, watch movies and terrible reality TV shows, and go to concerts
- Her go-to Starbucks order is a quad shot espresso over ice, with 2 pumps of white mocha
- Kaitlyn smiles daily because of her daughter, Dallas, and watching funny videos on TikTok
Felicia Foster — Most Social
Get to know her:
- Felicia has been with DDAZ for one and a half years
- She loves to go to the movies and go shopping
- Her favorite social activities are roller skating on a Friday night when they play old-school R&B music and meeting new people
- She has many reasons to smile every day, but one thing that always makes her smile is eating Chips Ahoy Reese’s peanut butter cup chocolate cookies!
Laura Villa — Best Customer Service Voice
Get to know her:
- Laura has been with DDAZ since February of 2022
- She loves to watch her son play baseball on the weekends, hike and spend time with her family and dogs
- Her favorite memory of working with a customer: As she was talking to a married couple on the phone they were arguing with each other and continued to apologize on behalf of each other. She says they were very nice people and left her with a funny quote at the end of the call. They said, “This is what happens when you’re married for a long time.”
- Seeing her kids first thing in the morning and having a delicious cup of coffee made by her husband makes her smile every day, as well as talking to nice people on the phone when she is helping them
Kenzie Holly — Above and Beyond
Get to know her:
- Kenzie has worked at DDAZ for four years
- She loves to sew, make soap and do anything with arts and crafts
- She stays motivated at work because of her leadership team and her direct supervisor, Kaitlyn
- Her dogs make her smile every day
Rosemary Griffin — Proudest pet parent
Get to know her:
- Rosemary has been with DDAZ for eight months
- She loves hot yoga, reading, exploring new places and anything fun and outdoors
- She has a sweet and smart dog named Tracker
- Her dog and her husband make her smile every day
Bryn Couch — Most likely to be in a movie
Get to know her:
- Bryn has worked at DDAZ since April of 2022
- When she’s not at work, you can find her at the river, working out at the gym, hanging out with her nephews or trying new restaurants/shopping
- Her favorite movie of all time is Sweet Home Alabama
- She smiles every day because of her family, friends, her health and her career
Armando Martinez — Most likely to break a world record

- Armando has been with DDAZ for 10 months
- He enjoys a good barbecue and watching sports
- His special talent is that he can sleep anywhere
- Being home with his family makes him smile every day
Heather Harris — Most likely to travel the world
Get to know her:
- Heather has been with DDAZ since June of 2021
- She loves supporting her husband’s band, Crew 101
- Her dream vacation is Bora Bora, but she also loves to travel to Maui
- She smiles every day because she is thankful for life, both personally and professionally
