Coconut-Chip Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas in frozen chunks
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add bananas to a food processor
- Blend until smooth, about 3 minutes
- Scrape the blended bananas into a bowl and stir in the coconut flakes and chocolate chips
