Mouth Healthy Recipe: Creamy Grape Dessert

Warning! This healthy dessert is highly addictive and hard to stop eating!

Ingredients
1 lb. green seedless grapes, washed and dried well
1 lb. red seedless grapes, washed and dried well
8 oz. Greek yogurt
4 oz. light cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Splenda or other sugar substitute
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Topping
2 T. packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions
Slice grapes in half and then set aside. Mix yogurt, cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla in a bowl. Stir grapes into mixture and spread evenly into a large serving dish. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and crushed walnuts or pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over grapes. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
