Mouth Healthy Recipe: Veggie Omelet

With all the sweet and savory foods consumed over the holidays, it may be time to get back on the wagon and cook up something that is not only delicious but good for you as well! Try this delicious take on the classic omelet.

Ingredients
3⁄4 cup egg whites or 2 eggs
1⁄4 cup green onions
1⁄4 cup red peppers
1 oz. shredded cheese

Directions
Pour egg whites into heated non-stick pan. Sprinkle onions, peppers and cheese on top. Cook until omelet can easily fold. Enjoy!
