Mouth Healthy Recipe: Fat-Free Fake Out Ranch Dip

Vegetables are a great way to get the nutrients your body needs to build healthy teeth and bones. Try this healthy, low-fat take on a delicious dip recipe that is sure to enhance the appeal of veggies for your whole family.

Ingredients
1-2 cups raw vegetables
1 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
Dry ranch dressing mix

Directions
Add 1 tsp of dry ranch dressing mix at a time to yogurt until desired taste is achieved. Thoroughly wash vegetables and cut into snack-sizes pieces or select pre-washed and packaged veggies. Dip and enjoy!
